I ordered a Fall arrangement that was described & pictured in a gold metal cube, & I chose the Gourmet Chocolates add-on. Fortunately, the delivery was on time & the flowers were beautiful. BUT instead of a gold metal cube, the flowers were in a short maroon & white glass vase. And the "Gourmet Chocolates" were: 2 bags of M&Ms, a Reese's Cup and a Hershey Bar.
But the recipient appreciated the vase because maroon is her favorite color & as for the "Gourmet Chocolates" we both enjoyed a great big laugh. For those 2 reasons + the quality of the flowers, I rated this forist 4 stars.

We are so sorry you expected something bigger than we sent. We chose a more trendy design since we know who Mrs. Gray is and knew that she tends to like the "trendy" look; but with this kind of design they tend to be more compact. In the future we can definitely do a more traditional design for you.

I had a very bad experience through a different online dealer that did not deliver my flowers and when I called Willow they were able to make a suggestion that was even better than what I had picked out and deliver it within an hour.
